Are you in midlife and experiencing the aches and pains that come with ageing? Or simply looking for a new way to look after your body? My classes offer gentle, yoga-inspired accessible and mindful movement that helps you feel at ease in body and mind.
It’s simple but effective. No previous experience is required and everyone is welcome.
Regular Yoga Classes
For anyone who wants to practice regular and effective self-care to feel better in their body and mind.
Everyone is welcome and these sessions are particularly beneficial for those in midlife or looking for accessible yoga. There are no fancy poses, just come as you are.
Retreats and Events
Sessions lasting from a couple of hours to a whole day in which you can relax and feel nurtured and restored.
Aiming to support women in peri-to-post menopause, these are often delivered with other expert practitioners to offer you a complete wellbeing experience.
Unique Online Courses
I offer unique courses that combine yoga techniques and philosophy with modern life coaching.
Delivered online, these breathwork, meditation and journaling courses are designed to help anyone who wishes to create clarity and find focus in their life.
