Wintering: A Day Retreat

Join me and massage therapist Sally Page for a beautiful day at the stunning Phoenix Tree wellness studio connecting with the spirit of the season.
We’ll gather together to rest and reflect, nourishing our bodies and our nervous systems in a day of gentle connection with ourselves and a community of like-minded souls.
These days are designed to support women in midlife and provide a much needed step back from the busyness of daily life. I’ll provide gentle movement and relaxation and Sally will share some massage techniques. We might meditate, we might move to music – all activities are optional – but there is always tea and cake. This will be a carefully curated day from the following options:
- Gentle yoga and movement
- Guided relaxation and meditation
- Breathwork and journaling
- Guided massage session
- Restorative yoga with optional massage
- Movement to music
- Delicious lunch and tea and cake
- Time for yourself
There is absolutely no pressure to do anything that doesn’t call to you. This is a day for you in which you can allow yourself to simply be.
No experience of yoga is necessary, you are welcome just as you are. The only physical requirement is that you are able to get up and down off the floor with ease. All equipment is provided but you can bring your own mat, blanket, cushion or anything extra you might need to make yourself truly comfortable.

Finding Your Balance: The Wheel of Life
What if through guided reflections you could find your true potential, reach your goals and live a more fulfilling and balanced life?
This course of monthly sessions helps guide you in a mindful way to becoming a more well-rounded and balanced version of yourself.
The sessions offer you a space to:
- Have an immediate visual representation of how your life feels for you right now
- Slow down, pause and reflect in a meaningful way
- Access greater inner wisdom, clarity and insights
- Attune more fully with the present and see a future where new things are possible
- Feel inspired and motivated
- Envision a plan of action that works towards a positive future
Whether you are just starting your journey of self-discovery, re-visiting areas of your life that need some focus or looking for a new way to practise monthly journaling, this course will help you reflect and build habits to create a more balanced version of you.
This is a meditation, breathwork and journalling program to help you get the most out of your life.

Opening Session
The opening session of the course is also being offered as a one-off in person event (with extra yoga, tea and cake!) on Sunday, 15th September. The price of this session is refundable against the cost of the course if you book on for the rest of the sessions.
