We’ll start the day with some accessible yoga, allowing for a gentle arrival and unwinding. During the rest of the day there will be plenty of time for guided journaling, a delicious, locally-sourced lunch, and a swim if we feel like it or a laze by the pool if we don’t.

Most of all though, this is a day built around rest: deep, guided rest. All that’s scheduled is time for you to be: with your body, with your breath and with your self.

If you’ve been quietly craving a day that asks nothing of you, this is it. Everything – and I mean everything – is optional.

This place is truly special. Come as you are. No yoga experience is required.

Cost: £138 includes seasonal lunch and all food and drink throughout the day.

Seasons of Self: A Year of Wellbeing for Women

Gather, Rest, Connect

Seasonal self-care workshops throughout the year

Join me for a year of wellbeing workshops and gather with a small group of like-minded women. These themed sessions offer a chance to slow down, reflect, and ease into each new season of the year with intention. 

Each of the sessions is designed to be a nurturing Sunday afternoon experience, inviting you to slow down, rest, reflect and ease into each new season with intention. 

Activities will vary according to the season but will always include gentle movement and an extended relaxation. Connect over tea and delicious treats and be part of a supportive and like-minded community.

Come to individual sessions or journey through the full series to experience a whole year of wellbeing.

Rest & Renew

Rest, Relax, Release

An evening extended practice where the only goal is to relax, release and truly rest.

Exploring different types of nervous system regulation:

  • Gentle movement
  • Sound and music
  • Breathwork
  • Meditation / Yoga Nidra
  • Constructive rest

This class is built around a restorative yoga sequence and I also include practices that inspire me and which I find helpful myself to ease tension and find release. There will always be time for an extended Savasana and relaxation at the end of the session to allow for complete rest. The perfect antidote to our busy, modern lives. Leave feeling truly rested and restored. 

No previous yoga experience required. All equipment is provided. 

One Sunday a month, 6-7.30pm
