Seasonal self-care workshops throughout the year

We start in 2026

Join me for a year of wellbeing workshops and gather with a small group of like-minded women. These themed sessions offer a chance to slow down, reflect, and ease into each new season of the year with intention. Activities will vary according to the season but will always include gentle movement and an extended relaxation. Connect over tea and delicious treats and be part of a supportive and like-minded community.

All sessions run at the River Room in Westbury Wildlife Park on Sundays 2-5pm. 

£49 per session. Book the New Year and Spring Equinox sessions together for a discount. Please contact me for details.

A Winter's Day Retreat

Rest, Connect, Recharge

Saturday 22 November, 10-4.30pm

Slow down and soften into the winter season with a full day of blissful self-care designed to support women in midlife. 

Join me and massage therapist Sally Page as we share our joint offerings of accessible movement, yoga, massage and other self-care practices to help you:

  • Unwind and de-stress
  • Move, breathe and connect with your body and mind
  • Explore relaxation practices 
  • Enjoy a delicious, seasonal lunch with likeminded women

This retreat is for you if:

  • You’re seeking time to slow down, recharge and connect
  • You enjoy self-care
  • You want to experience how good midlife for women can really be

These retreats are designed to support all women in peri-to-post menopause and no previous yoga experience is required. 

The beautiful Phoenix Tree Studio is a self-contained space that allows you to truly relax. Lunch and all refreshments (tea and homemade cakes) are included. Dietary requirements catered for.

Rest & Renew

Rest, Relax, Release

An evening extended practice where the only goal is to relax, release and truly rest.

Exploring different types of nervous system regulation:

  • Gentle movement
  • Sound and music
  • Breathwork
  • Meditation / Yoga Nidra
  • Constructive rest

This class is built around a restorative yoga sequence and I also include practices that inspire me and which I find helpful myself to ease tension and find release. There will always be time for an extended Savasana and relaxation at the end of the session to allow for complete rest. The perfect antidote to our busy, modern lives. Leave feeling truly rested and restored. 

No previous yoga experience required. All equipment is provided.

Wintering: A Day Retreat

Sunday 17 November, 10am-4.30pm

Rest, Reflect, Recharge

Join me and massage therapist Sally Page for a beautiful day at the stunning Phoenix Tree wellness studio connecting with the spirit of the season. 

We’ll gather together to rest and reflect, nourishing our bodies and our nervous systems in a day of gentle connection with ourselves and a community of like-minded souls. 

These days are designed to support women in midlife and provide a much needed step back from the busyness of daily life. I’ll provide gentle movement and relaxation and Sally will share some massage techniques. We might meditate, we might move to music – all activities are optional – but there is always tea and cake. This will be a carefully curated day from the following options:

  • Gentle yoga and movement
  • Guided relaxation and meditation
  • Breathwork and journaling
  • Guided massage session
  • Restorative yoga with optional massage
  • Movement to music
  • Delicious lunch and tea and cake
  • Time for yourself

There is absolutely no pressure to do anything that doesn’t call to you. This is a day for you in which you can allow yourself to simply be.

No experience of yoga is necessary, you are welcome just as you are. The only physical requirement is that you are able to get up and down off the floor with ease. All equipment is provided but you can bring your own mat, blanket, cushion or anything extra you might need to make yourself truly comfortable.

Leave feeling truly nourished, supported and restored.
