Are you in midlife and experiencing the aches and pains that come with ageing? Or simply looking for a new way to look after your body? My classes offer gentle, yoga-inspired accessible and mindful movement that helps you feel at ease in body and mind.

It’s simple but effective. No previous experience is required and everyone is welcome.

Regular Yoga Classes

For anyone who wants to practice regular and effective self-care to feel better in their body and mind.

Everyone is welcome and these sessions are particularly beneficial for those in midlife or looking for accessible yoga. There are no fancy poses, just come as you are.

Sessions lasting from a couple of hours to a whole day where you can release, relax and feel nurtured and restored. 

Aiming to support women in midlife, these might be delivered with other expert practitioners to offer you a complete wellbeing experience.

Some people prefer a more personal approach and so I offer sessions designed with you and your requirements and interests in mind. 

These can be one-to-ones, small groups or larger sessions in a work setting. I also run wellbeing coaching programs.
