Gentle yoga-inspired and natural movement techniques release and mobilise to find ease and build resilience resilience in the body. Meditation and relaxation techniques help calm the mind and soothe the soul. It’s accessible but effective work.

No experience required and everyone is welcome.

Gentle Yoga for Midlife

Wednesdays 5.30-6.30pm Sensate Spa, BS9 4HW

Move, mobilise and release to feel great in your body and get a better night’s sleep. 

Sunday Sessions

Sundays 9.30-10.30 Westbury Wildlife Park, BS9 3ET, check calendar for dates

Ease your way gently into Sunday. A more restorative class. 

Like any physical activity yoga involves risks and individual’s needs and results may vary. By participating in this class you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and release Yoga with Monika, the instructor and studio from any and all liabilities arising from your participation. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time during a class, please let the instructor know and stop the activity immediately.
