About Me
Yoga with Me
I’ve been practising yoga for nearly three decades and now want to show others that yoga can be for everybody, no matter your shape, size, flexibility or how late in life you come to it.
Yoga for You
Are you in need of time and space for yourself in which to relax and release? Fed up with midlife aches and pains? Want to soothe your nervous system, rebalance your stress hormones and feel more at ease in your body and mind?
Yoga Classes in Bristol
Have you hit midlife and would like a new way to look after yourself? Would like to try a class in Stoke Bishop or Westbury-on-Trym? I provide accessible yoga in some of Bristol’s most beautiful venues. All are welcoming spaces with easy parking.
Training and Interests
I completed a BWY foundation course in 2002 and then two decades later my 300 hour teacher training in 2022 (both under my long-standing yoga teacher, Tara Fraser.) In 2023 I completed a 3rd Age Woman Menopause Transition Certification from Burrell Education.
Qualifications
300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Graduating in 2022 after 300 hours and many years prior to that studying in person under my long-standing teacher Tara Fraser, learning in a Hatha Yoga tradition.
3rd Age Woman Online Certification
In 2023 I gained a certification in women’s coaching focussing on peri-to-post menopausal health from one of the UK’s leading providers of female-specific health education.
