Private restorative sessions

Private restorative one-to-one sessions are the ultimate way to experience self-care. 

Unlike some private yoga sessions which work with your existing yoga practice and adjusting you to create space in the body and achieve optimal form in a pose, these private yoga sessions are a way of finding deep restorative rest. The primary focus is not performing physical yoga postures but accessing emotional and physical releaseengaging the parasympathetic nervous system and bringing the body out of a state of heightened vigilance. Settling the nervous system has a myriad of benefits including reducing chronic pain, balancing hormones and managing anxiety and overwhelm. 

Somatic movement is used to help you release any tension before encouraging the body to melt into extended periods of constructive rest through gentle restorative yoga. I use props and adjustments not to help you achieve alignment in a pose, but to allow the body to feel fully supported and grounded, enabling you to truly relax and release. 

Ultimately the somatic movement and restorative yoga used in these private restorative sessions work on regulating the nervous system. This not only makes you feel wonderful in the moment but also helps you to:

  • Reduce chronic pain and find ease in your body;
  • Manage anxiety, stress and overwhelm;
  • Balance hormones to promote overall wellbeing;
  • Find constructive rest in order to feel energised;
  • Access better sleep and promote healing. 

They are the perfect counterbalance to our stressful, modern lifestyles. All bodies are unique and what feels perfect for one person might not feel good in someone else’s body. The benefit of a personalised session is that with a judicious use of props and adjustments and ongoing feedback we can find your personal sweet spot of relaxation and release. Each session is designed around your individual needs. 

If you are nervous about going to a studio to try yoga or find general yoga classes overstimulating, overwhelming or simply too fast, or if you enjoy my restorative sessions and would like more personal attention with extra support, these sessions are for you.

Bespoke Sessions

Build your own mini retreat

Carefully created wellbeing sessions for a couple or a small gathering people (max 8 guests). 

I’m really excited to offer you a bespoke service for your wellbeing that I plan, create and deliver just for you. 

Options might include:

  • Mindful yoga and somatic movement

  • Sauna and cold plunge experience

Finding Your Balance: The Wheel of Life

A course of monthly sessions to help guide you in a mindful way to a more balanced version of you

What if through guided reflections you could find your true potential, reach your goals and life a more fulfilling life?

This Wheel of Life course, delivered online over ten months, looks at different aspects of your life each month and offers you a space to:

  • Have an immediate visual representation of how your life feels for you right now
  • Slow down, pause and reflect in a meaningful way
  • Access greater inner wisdom, clarity and insights
  • Attune more fully with the present and see a future where things are possible
  • Feel inspired and motivated
  • Envision a plan of action that works towards a positive future

Whether you are just embarking on a journey of self-discovery, re-visiting areas of your life you’ve neglected or are looking for a new way to practise monthly journaling, this course will help you reflect and build habits to create a more balanced life for yourself. This is a meditation, breathwork and journaling program to help you get the most out of your life.

Opening Session

The opening session of the course is also being offered as a one-off in person event (with extra yoga, tea and cake!) on 15th September. The price of this session is refundable against the cost of the course if you book on for the rest of the sessions.
