My gentle yoga classes in Bristol are for those in midlife or anyone looking for a different way to take care of their body and mind.

I offer two yoga classes in BS9 that are designed to support you in midlife.
- Accessible movement with no fancy poses

- Help you life the live you love as you age
- Accessible but effective work
No previous experience of yoga is required for these friendly and welcoming classes.

5.30-6.30pm Sensate Spa, BS9
Rest & Renew (Monthly on Sundays)
6-7.30pm Sensate Spa, BS9
A longer, more restorative session with meditation and sound, somatic movement and yogic massage.

Gentle Yoga for Midlife
Wednesdays 5.30-6.30pm Sensate Spa, BS9 4HW
Move, mobilise and release to feel better in body and mind and get a better night’s sleep.
Rest & Renew
Monthly Sundays 6-7.30pm Sensate Spa, BS9 4HW
A longer, more restorative session for even deeper relaxation.
