Finding Your Balance: The Wheel of Life
Begins September with in-person session on 15th, online on 16th.
What if through guided reflections you could identify and reach your goals, uncovering your true potential and ultimately lead a more fulfilling life, aligned with your own values?
This is an online meditation, breathwork and journaling program to help you get the most out of your life.
This Wheel of Life course, delivered over ten months, looks at different aspects of your life each month and journaling offers you a space to:
- Have an immediate visual representation of how your life feels for you right now
- Slow down, pause and reflect in a meaningful way
- Access greater inner wisdom, clarity and insights
- Attune more fully with the present and see a future where things are possible
- Feel inspired and motivated
- Envision a plan of action that works towards a positive future
