Bliss Mini Retreats: Yoga and Massage

Join me and massage therapist Sally Page for these beautiful afternoons of self-care and connection at the unique River Room studio in Westbury Wildlife Park. These sessions provide you with a much needed opportunity to slow down and rest, to nurture yourself body and soul, and to feel truly supported and restored.
I’ll provide gentle movement and restorative yoga sessions and Sally will share some massage techniques. These mini retreats are designed to welcome all women in midlife and no previous yoga experience is required. All equipment is provided, although you are very welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, cushion and anything else you might need to make yourself truly comfortable.

Spring Reset: Seeds of Intent

What’s working in your life right now? What’s not working? Are you carrying any hopes, dreams or wishes in your heart that you haven’t yet spoken about but would love to see materialise?
Join me in this lovely afternoon at Westbury Wildlife Park where, surrounded by the sounds of nature, we can tap in to the blossoming energy of spring and set some intentions for the season ahead.
Starting with a gentle movement practice to release any physical tension, we’ll then use the power of breathwork and journalling to unlock our inner wisdom and clarify intentions. We break for tea and homemade cake and finish off with a beautiful relaxation and yoga nidra.

Monthly Restorative Session
Move, Rest, Restore
A monthly Sunday evening extended practice where we will gather together to rest and renew.
Exploring different types of nervous system regulation:
- Gentle movement
- Sound and music
- Breathwork
- Meditation / Yoga Nidra
- Yogic massage
- Constructive rest
- Leave feeling rested and restored
I include practices that inspire me and which I find helpful myself – from gentle yoga and qi gong to somatic movement (shaking, twisting, jumping) and pranayama (breathwork). There will always be time for an extended Savasana lie down at the end to allow for complete relaxation. The perfect antidote to our busy, modern lives.

Join me and massage therapist Sally Page for a beautiful day at the stunning Phoenix Tree wellness studio connecting with the spirit of the season.
We’ll gather together to rest and reflect, nourishing our bodies and our nervous systems in a day of gentle connection with ourselves and a community of like-minded souls.
These days are designed to support women in midlife and provide a much needed step back from the busyness of daily life. I’ll provide gentle movement and relaxation and Sally will share some massage techniques. We might meditate, we might move to music – all activities are optional – but there is always tea and cake. This will be a carefully curated day from the following options:

- Guided relaxation and meditation
- Breathwork and journaling
- Guided massage session
- Restorative yoga with optional massage
- Movement to music
- Delicious lunch and tea and cake
- Time for yourself
There is absolutely no pressure to do anything that doesn’t call to you. This is a day for you in which you can allow yourself to simply be.
No experience of yoga is necessary, you are welcome just as you are. The only physical requirement is that you are able to get up and down off the floor with ease. All equipment is provided but you can bring your own mat, blanket, cushion or anything extra you might need to make yourself truly comfortable.
